Job summary

Four Seasons Resorts Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located along the East Cape, seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will respond to diverse guest requests with personal recommendations, ensuring satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons policies.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, with at least 2 years in concierge or guest relations, and prior experience in a luxury hotel environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 2 years in concierge or guest relations.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
• Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain high attention to detail.
• Understand and deliver high quality, luxury service standards.
• Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Resolves guests' complaints
• Assists in all inquiries in connection with the hotel services
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner with local knowledge and customary practices.
