Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos Costa Palmas is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations across AM and PM shifts, manage room assignments, and prepare daily reports in line with our luxury standards.

You will stay in close contact with Front Desk, Engineering and IT to deliver a seamless guest experience, and you should bring at least two years in guest experience within a luxury hotel environment, plus fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum of two years in Guest Experience – Call Centre or related role.
• One or more years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and guest-centric service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Track and assign rooms arriving that day to ensure readiness before guest arrival.
• Maintain reports for guest calls, DND, and inventory required by the department.
• Respond to FS Chat requests promptly and contact guests as needed.
• Review and follow up on special requests (anniversary, honeymoon, birthday).
• Report anomalies in guest experience and log for follow up.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, IT, IRD to ensure a seamless housekeeping operation.
