Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service from pre-arrival planning to departure. You will work closely with Concierge, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure memorable experiences and flawless guest interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in luxury hospitality or guest-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Create personalized guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
• Serve as a key contact for guests, handling requests with professionalism.
• Coordinate guest activities with resort departments to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery promptly and effectively.
