Job summary

Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Guest Experience Host to anticipate guest needs and curate memorable moments from arrival to departure. You will greet VIPs, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and deliver personalized service in a luxury resort setting.

Fluency in Spanish and English, 2–3 years in luxury hotel guest services, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Valid Mexico work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant luxury hotel guest services experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up Welcome Experience for guest arrivals.
• Personalize check-in interactions and share resort insights.
• Assist with Welcome and Farewell experiences for guests.
