Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, seeks a Spa Therapist to perform body and esthetic treatments following Four Seasons procedures, delivering luxury service across spa, pool, and guest suites.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a Massage Therapist Certification, and at least 3 years in luxury hotel settings; previous luxury hotel experience is a plus. Join our team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Massage Therapist Certification.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the position.
• Two or more years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
• Yoga Teacher Certification is a plus.
• Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and any location appropriate.
• Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make suitable recommendations to extend experience after the services.
• Sale and recommended retail products.
• Ensures Spa Setups and Treatment facilities are ready for service.
• Support day to day spa operation.
