Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking an experienced Guest Services professional to deliver personalized service to our discerning guests. You will coordinate reservations, tailor experiences, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality on property.

The role requires advanced English, discretion, and the ability to work across F&B, housekeeping and resort operations while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. On-site availability and a passion for Mexican hospitality are essential.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency and experience serving high-profile guests.
• Ability to provide personalized services and technical assistance with a range of devices.
• Maintain confidentiality and build strong guest relationships.
• Knowledge of F&B, Housekeeping and resort operations.
• Ability to manage reservations, flight changes, restaurant bookings, activities and transportation.
• Physical ability to carry luggage up to 25 kg.
• Availability to respond to managers’ requests and follow up as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest rooms meet F&B, Housekeeping and Engineering requirements.
• Verify and coordinate all reservations, tours and services requested.
• Maintain constant communication with operational departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Manage activity changes or cancellations balancing guest needs and provider requirements.
• Act with professionalism, punctuality and respect, maintaining proper boundaries.
• Provide follow-up on pending requests involving other departments.
• Comply with hotel policies on operations, uniforms and conduct.
• Inform management of special invitations and avoid consuming alcohol while on duty.
• Remain on hotel premises unless authorized; avoid prohibited activities.
• Ensure guest safety and provide first aid when necessary.
