Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, LA RIBERA, seeks a concierge to greet guests with warmth, assess needs, and offer tailored recommendations to ensure memorable experiences. The role emphasizes personalized service in a luxury resort setting on Mexico’s east cape.

You will respond to diverse guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with hotel teams to maintain exceptional standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum two years in concierge or guest relations.
• Two+ years in luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest requests with high hospitality and personal recommendations.
• Handle guest interactions and accommodate special requests.

About The Role Of Concierge

Respond to a wide variety of the guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and offering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What You Will Do

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Resolves gusts complaints
• Assists in all inquiries in connection with the hotel servicesResponds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residences practices.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
• Minimum experience of two (2) years in concierge area or guest relations.
• Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
• Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
