Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a team delivering sales and customer support in coordination with Consumer Sales. You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive client acquisition while ensuring compliance with Citi policies.

The role requires 0–2 years experience in sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to manage data, meet targets, and communicate effectively across teams. Local market coverage and travel may be involved.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full leadership and direction to a field sales team.
• Train team members and monitor performance with feedback.
• Track data such as submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to meet targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns or questions.
• Analyze client interests and potential needs for new products.
• Lead meetings with clients, vendors, and channels to optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Citi policies and risk controls.
