Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts to increase revenue.
• Proactively approach Citi clients to understand needs and cross-sell Citi’s products.
• Provide product information and outline features and benefits to clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products and meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and risk controls.
