Job summary

Citi is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Pachuca, Mexico to lead a team delivering sales and client support in coordination with the Consumer Sales group.

You will train team members, monitor performance, and drive revenue through outbound activities and lead generation while ensuring compliance with Citi policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required; 0-2 years in sales/financial services preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communication across various teams.
