Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and monitor performance with feedback.
• Track data including submissions and bookings to hit targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing.
• Serve as first contact for client concerns.
• Analyze client interests and potential needs for new products.
• Lead client, vendor, and channel meetings about revenue optimization.
• Provide training and guidance to sales executives and tele-callers.
• Organize marketing activities to generate new leads.
