Qualifications

• 2-5 yeas financial sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support sales by analyzing existing insurance and investment holdings and customer risk profiles.
• Share market insights and competitive products to enhance sales engagement.
• Draft and oversee training roadmap for relationship managers and certifications.
• Organize meetings to present product offerings and build customer awareness.
• Conduct joint sales drills with managers to help customers buy the right product.
• Raise knowledge level of Branch Managers.
• Act as the regional/regional compliance gatekeeper for regulatory adherence.
• Monitor for potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios and lapse rates.
• Highlight financial, regulatory and credit risks to the franchise.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance and ethical standards.
