TD SYNNEX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for LATAM to lead the recruitment team and drive hiring across the region. You will coach recruiters, partner with HR and business leaders, and develop effective hiring strategies to support growth in multiple countries.

You will monitor recruiting operations, ensure compliant processes, and leverage analytics to inform decisions while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience leading or supervising recruiting teams across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience managing recruiting vendors and sourcing partnerships.
• Proficiency with recruitment analytics and workforce metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities across LATAM with coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and interview processes to ensure high-quality hires.
• Drive process improvements and automation in recruiting workflows and tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews with recruiting partners.
• Promote TD SYNNEX DEI commitments throughout the hiring process.
