Job summary

JLL in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to steer LATAM recruiting strategy and partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and drive scalable processes. The role spans 20+ LATAM countries and requires building a high-impact team.

You will lead specialized recruitment efforts, implement technology, and provide regular insights to stakeholders, aligning with global JLL talent objectives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment or HR experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting or HR leadership experience.
• Tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a LATAM talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Lead recruitment for critical roles and build regional networks.
• Build scalable processes, optimize workflows, and leverage analytics.
• Oversee RPO partnerships and report recruitment progress to stakeholders.
