Job summary

TD SYNNEX LATAM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead the recruitment team across Latin America, aligning hiring strategies with business goals. You will coach recruiters, partner with leaders, and drive data-driven processes to ensure compliant and high-quality hires.

You will oversee vendor relationships, manage metrics, and promote DEI commitments while supporting a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Experience leading or supervising recruiting teams.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the Talent Acquisition team across LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Oversee complex candidate searches and translate business needs into recruiting plans.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency.
