Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a strategic regional HR Leader (HRBP) to partner with executive leadership across Latin America Advertising, covering Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica, with potential expansion.

You will guide organizational design, talent management, and labor compliance, leveraging data-driven insights to scale the business while fostering an inclusive culture aligned with Amazon Leadership Principles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Bonus: bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Ads executives to design scalable workforce plans.
• Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations across LATAM.
• Leverage metrics to monitor retention, engagement, and organizational health.
