Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in Customer Supply Chain or similar.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience and experience with strategic customers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Lead the Customer Collaboration organization across LATAM.
• Own customer operational KPIs and lead performance reviews.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales to drive revenue execution and growth.
• Drive digital transformation, Kinaxis adoption, and continuous improvement.
