You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plans, improve processes, and enhance value for strategic customers.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service & Logistics within FMCG/CPG industries.
• Account management experience with key customers and drive supply metrics.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive team player with productivity focus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Manage escalations for complaints and disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support business objectives by achieving customer service targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with order fulfilment to report KPIs and perform root-cause analyses.
• Use customer data to monitor availability, stock, and promotions to drive decisions.
