Hitachi Energy in Mexico is seeking a Senior Management professional to lead global BU marketing and sales strategies within the assigned geographic area. You will work with local and global sales and marketing teams to increase sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction across the region.

The role demands fluent English, strong experience negotiating with EPCs and end customers, and the ability to interpret technical specifications and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in business development and managing highly complex projects in control, protection, and telecommunications.
• Strong experience negotiating with EPC companies and end customers; ability to interpret technical specs, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Fluent English required; intermediate Portuguese desirable.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Experience leading multicultural teams across countries.
• Extensive experience developing, planning, and implementing business plans and strategic initiatives focused on growth and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the global Business Unit marketing and sales strategy, including annual budgets.
• Ensure that the BU’s marketing and sales strategy is deployed in the markets through local product marketing and sales organizations.
• Represent the company at senior customer contact levels across all business areas.
• Follow up on business opportunities identified by representatives from other divisions.
• Coordinate the identification of partners, distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and consultants to establish alliances with strategic customers.
• Serve as the company representative regarding policies, values, integrity, occupational health and safety (OHS), as well as credit and collection matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
