Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. DE C.V. seeks a senior sales/marketing leader to implement global BU marketing and sales strategies across the assigned region.

You will collaborate with local and global teams to drive growth, margins and customer satisfaction, while representing the company at senior customer levels. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years in business development for complex projects, and fluent English with desirable Portuguese.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in business development and management of highly complex projects in controls, protection and telecommunications.
• Fluent English required; intermediate Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Implement global BU marketing and sales strategies in the assigned geographic area.
• Collaborate with local sales units and global sales and marketing organizations to increase sales, margins and market share.
• Lead multicultural teams across countries and develop strategic initiatives focused on growth.
