Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Market Manager to develop and execute market strategies for designated product lines, driving growth and profitability.

You will analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to define roadmaps, pricing, launches, and promotions. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 8–9 years in the electrical industry, at least 5 years in market/product management, and fluent English;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–9 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute market strategies and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Define product and solution roadmaps and manage lifecycle including positioning, pricing, launches, and promotions.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to develop value propositions and support commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market performance and represent Hitachi Energy at industry events.
