Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send professional emails to existing clients to request feedback after candidate submissions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and availability between clients, candidates, and recruiters.
• Document client interactions, follow-ups, and updates in CRM/project tools.
• Monitor and manage multiple recruitment positions simultaneously.
