Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This fully remote role is based anywhere in Mexico. You will identify and qualify prospective clients and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales career.
• Able to work independently and remotely within a team.
• Proficient with standard office software (G Suite, MS Office).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine sales readiness.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
