Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Mexico is seeking a Customer Support professional to provide expert internal and external service and sales support across the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. You will help manage the Order to Invoice process and coordinate various reports.

The role requires a 2-year degree and 2-3 years of experience, comfortable with Excel, fluent English, and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

Formación

• 2-year degree and 2-3 years of experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
• Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
• Manage the Order to Invoice Process including order entry, price and pricing maintenance, NCNR setup, and contract pricing.
