Job summary

Arrow Components Mexico S.A. De C.V. is seeking a capable Operations and Customer Service professional to handle daily account support, order placement with suppliers, and PO processing from the Mexico City area (Tlaquepaque region).

This hybrid role emphasizes accurate data handling, ERP/CRM usage, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations and customer service, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations and customer service.
• MS Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Advanced English skills (written & spoken).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and customer support activities for assigned accounts.
• Place orders with suppliers and follow up for accuracy.
• Review orders and documentation for data accuracy.
• Approve purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Communicate status to sales team and customers.
• Review backlog to ensure PO processing.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.
• Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.
• Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.
• Approve Purchase Orders
• Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.
• Solved any rejections and worked with the returns.
• Provide status to the sales team or the customer.
• Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service.
• Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook
• ERP/CRM Experience
• Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$19,991.67 - $20,833.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
