You will contribute to process improvements, collaborate with global teams, and help deliver exceptional service while supporting rapid response and accurate order handling in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
• Manage the Order to Invoice Process including order entry, maintenance, and related tasks such as SSRQ, NCNR, and COP where applicable.
