Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Support professional to bolster internal and external customer service and sales support. You will handle Order to Invoice processes, NCNR setups, pricing contracts, and report coordination across the team, while aiding the Inside Sales group with quotes and order management.

The role requires a 2-year degree with 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–3 years of experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to inside sales and customer engagements.
• Manage Order to Invoice processes including order entry, NCNR setup, and contract pricing.
• Coordinate reports (e-Compass, Forecast Response) and support expediting and bond requests.
• Assist with quote-to-order objectives, loading SDT quotes and coordinating contract sign-off.
