Job summary
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Mexico is seeking a Business Operations Associate II to support daily sales and customer service activities for assigned accounts. You will place and track supplier orders, verify data accuracy, approve POs, and address backlogs while collaborating with sales teams.
The role requires 2+ years in operations and customer service, with strong Excel/Outlook skills, ERP/CRM experience, and advanced English.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Operations and Customer Service.
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day sales and customer support activities for assigned accounts.
- Place orders with suppliers and follow up for accuracy.
- Review orders/documentation to ensure data accuracy.
- Approve purchase orders and transmit them to suppliers.
- Resolve rejections and manage returns.
- Provide status updates to sales teams and customers.
- Review backlog reports to ensure PO coverage.
