TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to support our Global Resource Center. The role will assist internal stakeholders and directly support our Denver branch team. Bilingual Spanish & English required, with a hybrid work model.

The coordinator will verify orders, provide status updates, resolve issues with Sales Representatives and customers, and assist with quotes and returns. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years in customer support or similar role (experience in electronics industry is a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Excel; able to use sales database.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or faster.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with the Branch Coordination group.
• Provide order status information by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure smooth order-to-shipment process.
• Contribute to effective remote work communication with the Branch through live chat, video, or calls.
• Assist in processing quotes, stock checks, and delivery information; prepare return authorizations and replacement orders.
