You’ll manage limited-volume accounts, qualify customers, and build relationships to grow sales. Responsibilities include timely quotes, order processing, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring on‑time delivery with high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; organized and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price and delivery quotes to customers under defined criteria.
• Manage a portfolio of limited-volume accounts and qualify customers regularly.
• Quote prices using pricing history and collaborate with team to ensure accuracy.
• Sell products and services by building relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure on quotes, orders, and requests.
• Monitor orders, expedites, and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain organized customer data for efficient task closure.
