TTI, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator I for its Global Resource Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role supports multiple internal stakeholders and the San Jose branch, requiring fluent Spanish and English.

You will manage orders, provide updates, and help resolve issues while collaborating with the sales team. The position emphasizes strong telephone etiquette, professional client interactions, and a willingness to learn company policies and product lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of experience in customer support or similar role is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery with the Branch Coordination group.
• Provide order status information to customers via phone and email by checking the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales-to-shipping process.
• Support remote branch communications and participate in required meetings via live chat, video, or calls as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers during all interactions.
• Assist with processing customer quotes by stock checks and delivery information retrieval.
