Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator I for our Global Resource Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role supports internal stakeholders and the AZ branch, with bilingual Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities include expediting orders, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating communications with the Branch. Hybrid work model offered with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years experience in customer support or similar role.
• Experience in electronics industry is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery by coordinating with Branch Coordination.
• Provide order status information by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales and Customer to ensure smooth sale-to-ship process.
• Support effective remote work communication with the Branch.
• Attend Branch meetings via live chat, weekly video, or calls in emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with callers.
• Assist with processing customer quotes by stock checks and delivery info.
• Review data on order confirmation files.
• Support Sales Representatives by sending samples and literature and handling return authorizations.
