Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to support internal stakeholders and the branch team. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication and focuses on order accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficient service through the sales database.

The position emphasizes professionalism with clients, coordination with Sales, and participation in branch activities, with opportunities for training and development within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years experience in customer support or similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
• Ability to use the computer system proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery by coordinating with Branch Coordination group.
• Provide information to customers regarding order status by phone or email from the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Rep and Customer to ensure smooth sale-to-shipping process.
• Collaborate and develop effective remote work communication with the Branch.
• Attend Branch meetings or discussions via live chat, weekly video, or calls when needed.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and build positive rapport with callers.
• Assist with processing of customer quotes through stock checks and delivery info.
• Provide support to Sales Reps by returning calls, sending samples and literature, and handling customer returns and replacements.
