Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Hygiene, Environmental or related fields.
  • Experience in HSE roles within industrial or commercial environments.
  • Intermediate conversational English and fluent Spanish.
  • Knowledge of local HSE regulations and reporting procedures.
  • Strong data analysis and risk evaluation skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with corporate and legal standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, especially in electrical and chemical safety.
  • Coordinate internal inspections and safety audits.
  • Develop and deliver safety and health training programs.
  • Support accident investigations and corrective action planning.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure proper hazardous waste management.

As an HSE Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance and promoting sustainability. Manage budgets and collaborate to mitigate hazards. You will report directly to our Sr Director Engineering and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a On-site work schedule.

As an HSE Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability. You will manage budgets and collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

In this role, your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance will enable us to mitigate potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment. You will impact our business by ensuring the safety and well‑being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
