Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to provide end-to-end support across onboarding, payroll, and offboarding. You’ll act as the central point for transactional HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and accessible information for employees and leaders.

You will collaborate with Site and Regional HR teams, manage HR ServiceHub tickets, and contribute to knowledge management to drive efficient, inclusive HR processes for our workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources and customer support.
• Proven communication skills in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of HR Service tickets and input payroll data.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with regional HR to meet SLA timelines.
• Create and update HR knowledge articles for supported region.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge within the team.
