Danfoss is seeking a Professional IT Site Support to help keep our people connected and productive across office and manufacturing environments in Mexico. You will be the trusted contact for technical help, resolving issues quickly and ensuring reliable access to tools and systems.

As part of a global IT organization, you will strengthen service quality, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to a secure technology environment.

Formación

• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows OS, Office, Outlook, hardware and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes (incident, request, and problem).
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-line IT support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Manage user accounts and access rights per Danfoss standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on escalations and projects.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

As a Professional, IT Site Support, you will play a key role in keeping our people connected, productive, and supported across both office and manufacturing environments.

You will be the trusted point of contact for employees who need technical assistance, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring reliable access to the tools and technology they depend on every day.

Working as part of a global IT organization, you will help strengthen service quality, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to a secure and efficient technology environment at Danfoss.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first- and second-line technical support through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive user experience.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system administration activities in line with Danfoss standards to maintain operational efficiency and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to identify root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and subject matter experts to coordinate escalations, support projects, and drive successful outcomes.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures that improve service quality and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, hardware, and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, request, and problem management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users while delivering a customer-focused experience.
• Understanding of PC architecture, IT infrastructure fundamentals, and information security best practices.
