DRiV is seeking an HR Services Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations in a global environment. You will manage HR service requests, maintain accurate employee data, and process lifecycle transactions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You will collaborate with global HR teams and use ServiceNow to track requests, ensuring timely and reliable HR service delivery. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or similar HR support role.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with hands-on transaction processing.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/case management system.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR service requests and follow up on tickets to resolution.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems with accuracy.
• Process lifecycle transactions: hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes.
• Support HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Work with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to track requests.
