Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager, HRIS & Shared Services to shape HR systems across the Americas. You will connect global HR technology with regional needs, delivering practical, user-focused solutions that align with business priorities.

You will lead HR technology implementation projects, coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors, drive change management and ensure on-time deployments while promoting adoption and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience managing HR technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR processes (data management, payroll, talent, workforce administration).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in line with employee and business needs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
• Map and improve HR processes to ensure digital tools are intuitive, integrated, and support efficient ways of working.
• Drive change management and adoption activities to help employees and stakeholders use new technologies with confidence.
• Manage project plans, risks, progress, and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and achieve measurable outcomes.
