Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to partner with local site HR teams and manage employee life cycle tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance, and personnel file management across locations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of HRIS and Office 365 tools. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of human resources experience across any area of HR, including recruiting, benefits, compensation, compliance, payroll, performance management, employment law, training and development, and employee relations.
• Ability to interpret and analyze policies, procedures, state and federal laws.
• Professionalism and confidentiality are essential, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding activities and related administrative tasks, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination.
• Assists with offboarding processes, including exit packets and final pay arrangements.
• Supports timekeeping and payroll reconciliation, ensuring wage and hour compliance.
• Maintains employee files and records in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensures HR processes, audits, and compliance posters are up to date at the site.
• Provides information and assistance to employees on routine HR requests.
