Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of incoming HR Service tickets and ensure accurate payroll data input.
• Support employees and managers with a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional HR to meet SLA targets.
• Develop and update HR knowledge articles for the supported region.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to improve site content for internal customers.
