An international automotive manufacturer is seeking an Engineer responsible for the design and maintenance of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test environments. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over five years of experience in the automotive industry. Responsibilities include setting up test tools, analyzing specifications, coordinating test bench construction, and providing ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with dSPACE SCALEXIO systems and diagnostic engineering tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with feature testing.
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the Host PC and test tool including necessary software.
• Analyze Test/Feature documentation to understand interactions.
• Develop detailed mappings of signals for HiL testing.
• Coordinate with hardware build teams for test bench construction.
• Collaborate with modeling team on simulation models.
• Conduct stimulus testing on the models and wiring.
• Commission Electronic Computer Units for initial tests.
• Provide ongoing maintenance for the HiL environment.
• Support validation engineers with technical assistance.
• Lead the build and integration of test solutions.
• Manage test bench decommissioning and materials.
