Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator for our Mexico stores. Educators deliver world‑class guest experiences, share top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will move on the floor, engage guests, perform accurate transactions, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure guests leave satisfied. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right.
