Lululemon Athletica in Mexico seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. Educators are experts in customer service, share top-quality product education, and connect with our community and culture.

You will engage guests on the floor, present product knowledge, support omnichannel options, and help create a welcoming, inclusive store environment that reflects our values.

Formación

• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) according to company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
