Lululemon Athletica in Mexico is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences by connecting with shoppers, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

In this role you will move on the sales floor, support store operations, restock, handle transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs while collaborating with the team to ensure an inclusive and high-energy environment.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in bright lights and loud music.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests' time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, phone sales).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
• Perform product presentation tasks and support store operations.
