Lululemon Athletica in Mexico City is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience and authentic product education in our retail stores. They will engage guests, share knowledge, and represent our community and culture with integrity.

The Educator will move on the floor to connect with guests, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with the team to maintain a luxury store environment while upholding safety policies.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and comply with local requirements.
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Support seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs as per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
