Lululemon Athletica in Mexico City is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience, share product education, and connect with the community. Educators engage with guests, assist with purchases and returns, demonstrate product benefits, and support omnichannel programs.

The role requires flexibility and the ability to move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain an upscale store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
