Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Mexico is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences. You’ll share product knowledge, engage guests, and help them discover items that suit their lifestyle while maintaining a premium store environment.

As an Educator, you will collaborate with team members, assist with merchandising, and support omnichannel initiatives to serve guests across in-store and digital channels. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful.
• Ability to move around the store and engage with guests.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
