PayJoy in Mexico City is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes across markets.

In this role you will blend data, strategy, and creativity to translate insights into targeted communications, run A/B tests, and deliver stakeholder reports that connect campaign activity to revenue.

Strong English writing, experience with CRM tools, and comfort with Canva or Figma are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing.
• Proficiency with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills; able to read dashboards, interpret metrics, and derive insights.
• Experience building reports and presenting results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Moderate design skills to create/adapt campaign templates and assets (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Excellent written English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus for our markets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Manage end-to-end journeys from audience segmentation and setup to deployment and post-send analysis.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and surface actionable recommendations.
• Create stakeholder-ready reports that communicate results and inform future strategy.
• Design campaign assets and run A/B/multivariate tests to continuously improve performance.
