This junior role emphasizes ownership, learning, and collaboration; you will work hybrid and engage with teams in Mexico and the United States while helping streamline processes with familiar tools like Slack, Outlook, and HubSpot.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in administrative, customer service, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Comfortable communicating with different people and building professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate tasks, meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines.
