Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. You’ll build and wire growth channels by hand, using AI tools like Claude Code to connect systems, clean lists, and automate repetitive work, while running campaigns with the sales, field, and partnerships teams.

You’ll own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content, plus create visuals with AI and automate recurring tasks.

Qualifications

• Claude Code or similar AI coding tool must-have; still in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with tools like Apollo.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript, or ability to direct AI to write it.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• Good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, and track effectiveness.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
